Defibrillator training

Litter pick with MAIG, Brownies and Guides
In keeping with MAIG’s work in enhancing the town with our floral displays, it is important that the town is really kept clean with no litter disfiguring the streets and green spaces. Lighting the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Beacon
At on Thursday 2nd June join the members of the Meldrum, Bourtie & Daviot Community Council at the Whin Road to watch the official lighting of the beacon to signify the beginning of the Queen’s platinum Jubilee weekend of celebrations. Thousands of Community Beacons will be lit by communities, charities and different groups throughout the regions of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and UK Overseas Territories.

Meldrum Cafe re-opens – Thurs 3rd March.
Hurrah, hurrah the Meldrum Cafe is opening up again on the ground floor of the Town Hall on Thursday 3rd March We’d love to see everyone support this volunteer run cafe and look forward to welcoming new customers and all of our regulars back to the cafe.
