The BIG Switch-On
Join MAIG on Sunday 3rd Dec from 3.00pm for Oldmeldrum’s Christmas lights switch-on.
- Kintore Pipe band
- Meldrum Academy pipe band
- Meldrum Academy choir and musicians
- Rotary club sleigh
- The big man in the red suit will make an appearance.
- Hot drinks and mince pies
- Mulled wine
Our special guest Judy Whyte, Provost of Aberdeenshire will switch on our Christmas lights at 4.00pm
The Christmas Lights display and Christmas tree are organised each year by Meldrum Amenities Improvement Group (MAIG). This year the Switch-on event will be held on Sunday 3rd December from 3.00pm. Kintore Pipe Band and School music groups will be providing the entertainment. Mince pies and mulled wine will be available and the Square will be closed for parking during the event.
