Patients of the Fyvie Oldmeldrum Medical Group are being advised that a phone fault caused by a lightening strike has still to be resolved.

 

BT engineers are continuing to investigate but there is no set date for a repair.

 

The practice remains open as usual, but until the service can be resumed, patients should continue to use the temporary number 01651 871515. The phone line is very busy due to the reduction in capacity and the practice is grateful for the patience and understanding shown by all those registered with them.

 

Patients in need of medical attention out-of-hours between 18.00 and 08.00 and at weekends should contact NHS 24 on 08454 24 24 24
