New beginnings can often come full of anxiety about what is in front of us, and what life is going to look like and as the new school term begins this week, and our young people are faced with a big change of transition to the next year in Academy or from the primary up to secondary.

Please be aware that there is support for anyone that is experiencing or has experienced grief through loss and change, and is being forced to make their own “new beginning” without really taking their time to understand or accept what has happened previously.

Seasons for Growth offers a peer supported educational programme to families, children and young people and adults. This can provide the scaffolding to help the participant, regardless of age, better understand, respect and support themselves through the trauma that is grief, caused by loss and change.

If you, or someone you know may benefit from Seasons for Growth please do not hesitate to get in touch for details of a group that may be running near you.
