The public consultation on the Proposed Aberdeenshire Local Development Plan 2020 is now underway! This 10-year Plan represents the “settled view” of Aberdeenshire Council. It sets out the policies to be used in the planning application process and it proposes land allocations for development between 2021 and 2031.

For the next eight weeks, communities, developers and other interested parties have a chance to have their say. Representations should be received by 5pm on 17 July 2020.
