Haddo Medical practice meeting packed out
The meeting called by NHS Grampian,in the Melvin Hall, Tarves, to discuss the proposed closure of the Doctor’s Surgery in Tarves and cease dispensing medicine in Pitmedden, was attended by a packed audience of over 300.

The surgery at Tarves is proposed to close September 7th and medicines will no longer be dispensed from Pitmedden surgery in April next year. Only residents of Methlick will be able to get medicines dispensed from the Methlick surgery, if an Oldmeldrum resident using the practice were to attend Methlick or Pitmedden they would be required to get their medicines from a pharmacy in Oldmeldrum or Tarves
