Changes to Fyvie Oldmeldrum Group Practice
As of 1st September 2024, Kings Medical Practice (Newburn Ltd) took over the responsibility of managing Fyvie Oldmeldrum Group Practice and we would like to update you and provide reassurance of your continued care at the Practice.

We know you will have questions, so we have enclosed a Phoneline Flowchart, Patient Information Guide and Frequently Asked Questions to help reassure you that this change will improve the service
to you. (Download link below)

From 23rd September 2024 FOMG will be merging with Kings Medical Practice. As a patient you are NOT required to take any action. From this date any NHS correspondence will now have Kings Medical Practice address on it due to this being our main site. The practice building in Oldmeldrum will remain open and will continue to provide services as before.
