Meldrum Concert for Phil and Aly
CELEBRATED Scottish musicians Phil Cunningham and Aly Bain will be displaying their accordion and fiddle talents, from Scottish traditional tunes to those worldwide, at a concert in Oldmeldrum next month.
The duo, along with some young local musicians, will be appearing at Meldrum Academy on Saturday, September 15, at 7.30pm.
The event is being organised by Meldrum Academy Parent Council. It is part of the school’s 10th anniversary celebrations.
The evening will give the public the opportunity to understand the talent that has earned Phil and Aly the title of “simply the best traditional musicians you are ever likely to hear”.
This is an evening which should not be missed, so get your tickets as soon as possible.
