Report calls for devolution of planning

Plans for the town hall include the installation of a lift, toilets and a meeting room upstairs and redecoration throughout. This follows two years negotiation for funding. The project is part financed by the Scottish Government and the European Community through its Rural Aberdeenshire Leader 2007-13 programme.
