Meldrum Amenities Improvement Group, MAIG, are organising a Community Litter Pick on Saturday 3rd August 0930 am. Meet on MELDRUM MEG WAY beside the Meadows Veterinary Centre. This is an opportunity to remove litter from the town prior to the Beautiful Scotland judging the following week. Bring the family and have some fun making Oldmeldrum the most Beautiful Town in Scotland!

Mental Health Awareness at Haddo – May 2019

During the month of May Haddo will be home to a variety of activities and events designed to settle the mind and give people the tools to strive for better mental health. Haddo is a place of solace for many, and the perfect environment to work on overall wellbeing. Working with partners Gillian Watt of 'And Breathe123' and Agnes Bruce of 'Wellbeing with Agnes', Haddo will be host to a series of talks, walks and workshops, all with the purpose of improving our ability to switch off and be present. Petanque Official Opening – 27 April 2019

NOTICE MAIG are pleased to announce that the inauguration of the Meldrum Petanque and Croquet club will be officiated over by Councillor Andrew Hassan on Saturday 27 April at AM. The site of this new public sports facility is located adjacent to Meldrum Golf club’s practice range. We cordially welcome all who are interested in participating in this new facility to attend the opening ceremony. Car owners are requested to park at the public car parking at the church. HADDO CHARITY EGG HUNT 2019 – EASTER DAY

Charity Haddo Egg Hunt Once a year, on Easter Sunday, an Aberdeenshire Council park hosts a very special egg hunt. Organised by local Rotary Clubs at Haddo Country Park, Methlick, an Easter bunny leaves beautifully painted wooden eggs for children to find.
