On Wednesday 29th September Morris' Hotel hosted the third annual Friends of Westbank pub quiz. 15 teams took part and helped raise £335 for the local charity, the most amount of money raised through this avenue yet. Raising awareness about dementia and living well with dementia. Aberdeenshire Council in partnership with NHS Grampian and Alzheimer Scotland are running a Memory Fayre on Wednesday 29th September at Inverurie Town Hall. The event runs from 10am until 5pm with free refreshments. The fayre will cover topics such as: Signs and symptoms Get fit - have a go Keeping warm Money and benefits Legal matters Healthy eating Staying safe Volunteering

Friends of Westbank are running a charity pub quiz at Morris' Hotel on Wednesday 29th September. The quiz starts at 7pm. Entrance fee of £10 per team of four, with prizes for the winning team. All funds raised from the quiz and raffle will go towards Friends of Westbank, a local charity dedicated to providing entertainment and days out for residents at Westbank Home.
