Conservation Area Boundary

The community council walked the boundary of the Oldmeldrum conservation area last Tuesday. We were accompanied by Sean Norman from the council planning department. Sean is working on revising the boundary and also implementing some further regulations within the boundary. This is part of a wider consultation on conservation areas throughout Aberdeenshire. Walking the boundary of the Conservation Area

The Community Council intend to walk the boundary of the Oldmeldrum Conservation Area. This walk will help the CC members to discuss possible changes to the boundary which may be proposed by the Aberdeenshire Council. A review of conservations areas is underway and Article Four of the act will be enforced in future.
